I work with paint, collage, mixed media and digital imagery. I am very excited to show some of my current work, which represents
the culmination of a long evolution of technical approaches and thematic material.
These prints are part of a larger body of work called Natural History; which has occupied me for the last two years.
I began with a small 38 page sketchbook, created backgrounds and gradually added layers of imagery, working over the whole
series simultaneously. I scanned some of the completed pieces and printed them out at 700x100cm.
Much of the imagery refers to experiences from my childhood in East Anglia, but I hope viewers will be able to find meanings
of their own.
