Lucy graduated with a BA (Hons) in Art and Visual Culture from the Bristol School of Art, Media and Design, in 2006 and continuing a diverse practise, she works with painting, collage, video and installation to explore modes of abstracting and deconstructing imagery. Inspired by the products of decay, entropy and catastrophe, Lucy often fuses her own footage and photographs with found images.

Recent installation and video works explore notions of real and illusory space and how they may be fused with the fictive pictorial plane of painting.
